Having been established for over ten years in this industry we have honed our service and fully believe it to be the best in the UK, we have prioritised our customers and even bailed a few out of a bad situation when another company may have let them down. We dont prompt for testimonials but we feel proud when we recieve them and would like to share them with you!

Dear Phil

Although I think I made it clear on the night how happy I was with the service provided, I wanted to take this opportunity to write a letter of thanks.

It is not (yet) a common thing to have casino tables at a wedding reception so in doing so we were taking a bit of a risk. But I am pleased to say that taking such a risk payed dividends. All of the guests who played and a good number who didn't mentioned what a great idea it was and how much fun they had had.

However I believe that it was only a success because of the way it was done. You caused minimum disruption in setting up and putting away, were polite and friendly to guests, were patient in eplaining the rules and repeating them where required, and excellent at involving people and encouraging them to have fun.

I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all that was done.
